HELLO,

A woman sitting with her legs crossed in front of a large black-and-white drawing of a human figure with a detached head. The woman appears to be part of the artwork, with her pose aligning with the drawing, creating an illusion of the drawing's lower body.

My name is Polina Koval.

This website brings together my work in drawing, clothing, and objects.
It is both an archive and an ongoing exploration — a collection of observations, memories, and encounters gathered through everyday life.

It is a dialogue between you and me, between places and times. Working primarily by hand, I create pieces that exist between art and garment, between functionality and poetry.

In my practice, I explore the themes of sacredness, feminine nature, and corporeality in a sketched manner where simplicity of line is combined with the archaism of image.

For me, creating is a way of paying attention. Each work is an attempt
to preserve a feeling, a landscape, or a fleeting moment before it disappears.

My original work is available for sale through Instagram DMs. You can also purchase printed
